2. Service Payments

Payment terms are confirmed in the proposal, invoice, or written agreement for each project. Payment may be required in advance, by milestone, or on a recurring basis. Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Meta, Google, or TikTok is separate from service fees unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because digital services may involve time, planning, research, setup, implementation, and work created specifically for a client, fees for work already completed are generally not refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

If a project has not started, or prepaid work remains undelivered, contact us to discuss whether a full or partial refund is appropriate. Any approved refund will consider work completed, committed costs, and the agreed project terms.

4. Cancellations

You may request cancellation in writing. For ongoing monthly services, follow the notice period stated in your agreement or invoice. If no notice period has been agreed, contact us as early as possible so we can confirm the effective date and any outstanding fees.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for services already delivered, time already spent, or third-party costs incurred.

5. Advertising Spend & Third-Party Costs

Advertising budgets paid directly to platforms are separate from our management fees. We cannot guarantee that advertising platforms will refund ad spend; platform billing disputes must be handled through the relevant platform. Third-party subscriptions, software, payment processing fees, and other costs already purchased or committed for a project are not refundable by us unless the provider refunds those costs or we have agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Project Delays & Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, required account access, and materials needed to complete the agreed work. Delays caused by missing access, late feedback, platform restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery timelines and do not automatically qualify for a refund.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review, contact us with your name, project or invoice reference, payment date, amount paid, and a clear explanation of your request. We will review the relevant agreement, work completed, and payment records before responding.

8. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount and payment method. Refunds will generally be sent to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

9. Marketing Results

Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including competition, platform changes, audience behavior, website performance, product quality, pricing, and sales processes. Unless a specific written guarantee has been agreed, payment for services is not conditional on achieving a particular number of leads, sales, revenue, or return on ad spend.

10. Legal Rights

This policy does not limit consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Where a mandatory legal requirement conflicts with this policy, the applicable legal requirement takes precedence.
